IT WILL BE SOLD "AS-IS" WITH ALL PROPER DOCUMENTATION & PAPERWORK REQUIRED BY STATE LAW.*

BOTH PARTIES SHOULD WIN! IN THEORY, THE LAWS OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND AND IN THE SPIRIT OF FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY, BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER SHOULD WIN! Our 7 "RULES TO THE ROAD" will be jointly followed so that YOU and the SELLER will BOTH BE PROTECTED and benefit by the most EFFICIENT and TRANSPARENT purchasing process available! These "7 Rules" are non-negotiable.
(1) MUTUAL RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM: We expect timely and reasonable communication, honesty, and transparency regarding keeping appointment times and everyone doing what they say they will do, will promote a winning transaction for both the buyer and the seller. (2) TEST DRIVE/YOUR MECHANIC'S INSPECTION: Bring YOUR qualified MECHANIC to your Test Drive and Inspection. No, we are not going to go to a shop somewhere across town and wait around for your mechanic inspection. Yes, your qualified mechanic can come with you to test drive and fully inspect this vehicle. (3) TIME & LOCATION: We will all meet at an appointed time that's mutually agreed upon at a public place, most likely my bank's parking lot, where there are cameras and public present. (4) PROOF OF IDENTITIES: You must bring and present your current Driver's License and or passport for photocopy purposes. (5) PROOF OF TOTAL FUNDS AVAILABILITY ON DEMAND: Bring your CASH or Proof of PRE-APPROVED LOAN and your loan officer's name and phone number. If you have a cosigner or significant OTHER DECISION MAKER, they will also need to be present at this test drive and inspection appointment. (6) COMMON SENSE, REASONABLE & FAIR NEGOCIATIONS: We will ONLY THEN discuss the final negotiated price but only AFTER THE TEST DRIVE AND INSPECTION. If you require more than $200 up to a $500 Discount from our PROFESSIONALLY WELL RESEARCHED ASKING PRICE, please understand up front, we will prove our market data claims.
